On-site installation

For more complex hardware such as the Oculus Rift or HTC Vive, we install it at the location of your choice (in the Netherlands). We can also provide this service internationally after consultation.

Userguides & FAQ

We send handy user guides & FAQ documentation that clearly shows how to use everything. In case of any problems you can always contact our experts. Through years of experience we know exactly what the most common problems are and how to best deal with them.


Our experts are available by phone on workdays from 9 to 5. If you need support outside of these hours, this is always possible in consultation. You will also receive an email address from us that you or your customer can use for questions and comments.

Warranty handling

If your hardware is defective, we will assess it and can also arrange the warranty settlement with the factory so that you do not have to worry about this.

We offer full-service VR&AR solutions and help make your event a succes. We organize several VR/AR events every week. Our event managers can give you optimum advice & guidance in the implementation of the event. This can be advice and guidance in the field of content (we have several ready-made VR / AR experiences), budget, logistics and image. Our event managers ensure that everything is executed to perfection according to your wishes.
